This review is two parts. We reserved a 6 BR house in Old Timberline gaited community. We had a late arrival and Timberline realty office had the packet waiting after hours. The house was terrible!! Strong mold smell when we open the unlocked door to home. (2 other doors were unlocked as well). The entire bottom floor had black mold in nooks and along base boards. Upstairs had spider webs, mosquitoes flying around, and lots of dust. This house , Larkwood Lodge, should NOT have been rentable. This is where Timberline drops the ball. They should know how their rentals are presented and expect more of owners BEFORE having property listed. I called the after hour emergency number, and because we got there at 9 pm, there was nothing that could be done until 9 am the next morning. Timberline Realty , the next morning, did give us keys to 4 other dog friendly homes to go look at and pick which one we wanted. We found Northface 24 which was in great condition, clean, and inviting!! ... and $129/ night cheaper. My credit card was credited the difference so it all worked out -eventually. When we were in realty office, we were behind another guest with a very similar list of complaints with their rental. Timberline Realty needs to be much more aware of the conditions of the rentals they are providing BEFORE guests come to them with complaint lists!!

Terrible customer service. Rented and paid in full for a ski in ski out house months in advance to spend our annual Super Bowl trip with some other families to find out 2 weeks from arrival the house is no longer available! There solution was to offer us a smaller home or 2 condos which obviously don't work. Apparently the homeowners were not happy with there service and moved listing to Landis Realty. Landis was very easy to deal with and highly recommend them for any future rentals. Ive used Timberline Realty for 10 yrs and after poor solutions to there problem and slack offerings I will never recommend them again to anyone. I never write reviews but this one needed to be noted and hopefully saves you and your family being bailed on last minute on your vacation.

I contacted as a customer and/or rented from every real estate company in the Valley to inform my selection of Timberline to manage the property I ultimately purchased. As a renter, I found Timberline had the best maintained properties to choose from, easiest website to navigate, responded to every internet inquiry and phone call in a timely fashion, and quickly addressed any question or concern I had during my stays. Why would I go anywhere else?

We have enjoyed our many family trips here in Timberline. When we ran out of wood it was delivered immediately. We have used most of the companies around there. We love staying on the mountain higher up looking down into the valley. Some areas require 4 wheel drive trucks.

The tracks are fun, but the management/owners are not very good at cleaning after snow. We stayed for 3 nights in January. The front park space and house stairs were covered with thick ice. Several people in our group tumbled multiple times because of the ice.
